At our Business Centre in Acorn House, close to Croydon Town Centre and a few minutes walk from East Croydon Rail Station. CBV provides subsidised managed offices and work space for new and small businesses. Units are let on the basis of a straight forward Licence to Occupy. There is no long term commitment and there are no legal fees. A telephone answering and message taking service is provided, as are photocopying and fax facilities.
